When you shop at www.swayamindia.com, we dispatch your order within 2-3 days. If you're in the Delhi NCR region, you can expect delivery in 2-3 working days. For orders outside Delhi NCR, we typically deliver within 4-5 working days. To track your order, use the user login option on www.swayamindia.com. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product doesn't meet your expectations, no worries! You can initiate a return by emailing us at care@swayamindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9999902222 with your order number and date. We offer a free reverse pick-up service for return requests made within 15 days of delivery. Our team will pick up the items within 4 business days.

For return requests made after 15 days from delivery, kindly ship the product to our office address: Swayam, 142, Mohyal Colony, Sector 40, Gurugram-122003. Please ensure the product is unused and returned in its original box with the invoice.

Once we receive the product, we'll initiate a complete refund or a mutually discussed refund amount based on the number of items returned. If you're sending the products back yourself, we'll add the refund amount to cover the return shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the products at our office address. We use NEFT/CMS/Bank Transfer for refunds, so we'll need your bank account details. If you prefer Paytm or Google Pay, let us know at care@swayamindia.com or +91-9999902222.

Please note that this policy applies to customers in India, and we can't provide exchanges, returns, or refunds to international customers due to high shipping costs.
